    <note>Bueno pues despues de vuestros comentarios, agradeceros vuestros &#225;nimos amigos...sois fenomenales...He salido a rodar despreocupado, y dando barrigazos,  por el circuito que discurre por los arrozales, con un dia estupendo, soleado, pero fallaba en el viento frio que ha soplado de costado y al regreso de frente...Cuando levaba 20 ' he empezado a realizar cambios de 1', en total he hecho 14 cambios con 1' de recuperaci&#243;n rodando rapidillo, por lo cual la demanda de ox&#237;geno ha sido grande, y casi finalizando el circuito me ha dado un dolor de flato....para finalizar 5 progresivos &quot;Sinovas&quot;, estiramientos y unos poquillos abdominales antibarrigueros..pues nada mas un saludo y gracias por estar siempre ah&#237;, gracias por todo amigos...</note>

Primer 5 ritmo marat&#243;n: mi idea era hacerlo a 4.45, pero me ha salido a 4.41 y el segundo hab&#237;a que hacerlo 10&#180; m&#225;s r&#225;pido por km y me ha salido a 4.32. Lo mejor es que a pesar de tener las piernas muy cansadas he ido c&#243;modo. </note>

    <note>I'm going to use the snow as an excuse today to take a much needed day off from running.  I've been nursing some tight hamstrings for about a week and a half (since running 13 miles on ice the weekend before last), and slipping around on snow and ice all week and running in freezing temperatures has not helped, so I think it's the right decision!  On a scale of 1 to 10, they're about a 3 but I definitely notice them (and we all know how long hamstrings take to heal!!)  I haven't taken a day off from running since December 25!  If the conditions are bad tomorrow (which it sounds like it's going to be), I may take tomorrow off as well.  I've got a huge base from Dec/Jan, so I'm not worried one bit about my fitness.  I'm itching to start doing some workouts - and I want to be 100% when I'm ready to start!</note>

    <note>Nunca he hablado de la importancia del masaje, pues bien hoy mi cuerpo lo requiere. Normalmente tengo 2 citas por semana ya que los m&#250;sculos necesitan &quot;limpiarse&quot; de alguna manera. El masaje no es nada agradable ya que las zonas m&#225;s sobrecargadas y por ello doloridas ser&#225;n tratadas de forma insistente. Lo mas importante es que mi cuerpo podr&#225; seguir acumulando trabajo sin sensaci&#243;n de cuerpo pesado y sobre todo evitando lesiones por sobreentreno. Ahora me voy al entreno: 15km, unas progresiones y un par de circuitos de gimnasia. </note>

Calentamiento (8&#8217; estiramientos + 8&#8217; andando r&#225;pido &#8211; 101 pulsaciones - + 4&#8217; gimnasia calentamiento) + 6 kms. c.c. suave/media a 151 pulsaciones + 2 x 100 m. medios en 24&#8221;8 y 24&#8221;8 + 8&#8217; estiramientos. Ayer cen&#233; tard&#237;simo y &#8220;me conform&#233;&#8221; con una buena fuente de ensaladilla rusa; resultado: hoy iba sufriendo con la dichosa hernia como si fuera compitiendo en una carrera de 10 kms. Menos mal que me ha llevado casi todo el tiempo mi amigo Antonio del parque Amate, un ilustre veterano de 60 a&#241;os que iba el t&#237;o a 127 pulsaciones y yo ya subiendo de 160, con fatiguita, escupiendo como un gili, tosiendo y maldiciendo mis h&#225;bitos alimenticios nocturnos. La lectura positiva es que a pesar de ir tan mal con el dolor de barriga he conseguido hacer el rodaje corto previsto y a un ritmito decente. Adem&#225;s la charla que me daba Antonio (yo no era capaz de decir ni s&#237; o no) me ha venido genial para quitarle dramatismo a la marat&#243;n, como bien dice &#233;l que se preocupen lo que quieren ganarla, nosotros a disfrutarla y nada de nervios absurdos. Otra nota super positiva es que ni me he acordado de los pu&#241;eteros pinchazos en los gemelos y el soleo de la pierna derecha, han desaparecido por completo. He dado una vuelta a mi circuito de 3.000 m., luego 600 metros para enlazar con el circuito habitual all&#237; y para finalizar Antonio me ha refrescado la memoria de las referencias del circuito de 2.400 m.</note>

    <note>I'm wide awake! I was planning on running at 6:15--but snow happened. It's still happening, in fact--I'm thinking I could get out of work today. But I would have gone to work and gladly been busy all day if it had meant that I could get my run in this morning! Oh well....I'll roll with it. Yesterday my car was frozen shut and I had to climb in through a back door! Even Jason couldn't get it open (he has strong, basketball player fingers and can usually get everything open)! It eventually unlocked after throwing cups of hot water on it. I have a feeling that I'll be waiting a long time today before I even get to a treadmill. I'll take my ipod and my ability to space out for long periods of time (I always thought this was a defense mechanism--sometimes I use it when I'm not trying to--like when someone is talking to me at school, haha). I have things I could catch up on today--in fact, I could really use an extra day to get all of my paperwork completed! But my runs are my priority....so I'll be unsettled until I get it in! At least I have coffee in the meantime...I'll just have to pace myself with it.</note>

Ran completely by feel and didn't look at the watch - just ran as my body wanted to today.... looking at my pace, apparently my body did not want to go fast. I must say that it was an enjoyable run, however, the temperature hovered right around freezing and there was a light snowfall.... traction wasn't the greatest, but I didn't much care today. </note>
