    <note>Hoy he ido por Campolivar otra vez y la verdad es que el cansancio de la media de Ribarroja todavia no me ha salido,ya vorem.

He ido comodo,aunque el sol estaba  fuera el aire lo hacia  frio,frio.

Bueno ma&#241;ana merecido descanso,el sabado rodaje suave y corto,el domingo la media de Moncada.

Hoy me ha llegado el email de Strands de los manguitos ,ayer hacia el entrenamiento N&#186;53 pero en realidad era el N&#186;50 por que los otros eran tres dias de senderismo que no contabilizan.

    <note>El lunes me dijo el fisio que se estaba cerrando la rotura de fibras del gemelo, ma&#241;ana tengo cita nuevamente con &#233;l, aunque sin permiso me he puesto ya a correr hoy.

Son 12 d&#237;as con una rotura de 1 cm, he hecho trabajo de piernas en el gimnasio y bici est&#225;tica que aunque no haya impactos en el suelo tambi&#233;n trabaja el gemelo y en ning&#250;n momento he tenido molestias, por eso he probado....

He empezado con cinco kilometrillos y describiendo la trencita de strands al estilo Sinovas... que ya ten&#237;a ganas jajaja, todo hay que decirlo.

A ver si remontamos el vuelo que la 1/2 de Madrid est&#225; ah&#237; a la vuelta. Un saludo amigos</note>

    <note>Bueno ya he ido al fisio, tenia que haber ido antes, si, pero bueno.... Pues ahora a la sr. cintilla iliotibial se le ha unido el sr. vasto externo, mejor dicho, toda la vida han  estado unidos y ahora se quieren separar y se tiran los trastos a la cabeza y a fastidiar un servidor, jejeje, pues eso, es un poco las dos cosas, aunque mas el vasto externo, me ha metido una aguja y me ha ido hurgando hasta pillarme los puntos &quot;gatillo&quot; los cuales cuando me los ha pillado me ha hecho un dolor de la ostia. mientras me estaba haciendo lo de la aguja me ha llamado escarchin y ha hablado con el para q hiciera todo lo posible para q estubiera para el 15 de mayo, le ha dicho que no se preocupara que si, que estare... pero haciendo las cosas bien!!! Este fin de semana si no me duele que pruebe a trotar 20 minutos, y sub iendo 5' cada vez que no me duela y dias alternos, y seguro que el cabroncete de escarchin me dice, y &quot;le vas a hacer caso??? pues si, nene, si, le voy a hacer caso, mas me vale!!! venga pues un saludo a atodos mis compis y tb daros mil gracias por todos vuestros animos, si no fuera por vosotros, incluyendo a escarchin, claro, creo que a lo mejor me lo dejaba... pero con vuestros animos y apoyos conseguire salir adelante!!!!</note>

Despues yo me he ido al CAEP a estirar y hacer unos cuantos ejercicios de estiramientos y algun ejercicio de fortalecimiento y similar en la arena.

Plan 10miles at roughly MP or slightly faster on a tough hilly course. Blew up during the 5th mile so stopped my watch waited a few minutes and then tried to go again. Made it another 1.3 at 5:20 pace feeling like 4:50 pace and called it quits jogging the 3.7 back to the car.

Just move on from it. I have a combo of many things that probably caused the first rough day in quite some time. I wish it would have happened on a easy run though.

He corrido por el circuito que discurre por el margen del rio y los arrozales..El tiempo muy bueno, ni frio ni calor, los caminos en buen estado, salvo algunos tramos embarrados, el fallo ha sido el  viento que lo he tenido soplando de costado y al regreso  en contra y frio...pero bien. Todo el tiempo controlando el ritmo con mi magrn&#237;fico garmin..Al final lo he logrado..bueno para finalizar 10 progresivos &quot;Sinovas&quot; y unos estiramientos populeros...pues nada mas amigos..un saludo...:)</note>

*Corvallis, OR, March 11, 2010*&#8212; Team Strands.com athletes *Josh Moen*, *Josh Glaab*, *Justin Young* and *Meghan Armstrong* are racing in the USA 15 km Championships this Saturday in Jacksonville. The event is hosted by the Gate River Run&#8212;which, with over 14,000 participants expected, is billed as the largest 15 km in the United States.

Leading Team Strands.com is Josh Moen&#8212;who was the runner-up in the USA 10-mile Championships last fall, with the fifth fastest time ever run by an American in the 10-mile (46:38). Josh is coming off a strong performance in the USA Half Marathon Championships in January where he placed sixth overall and ran a personal best 1:02:53.

Teammate Justin Young returns to racing after winning the ING Miami Half Marathon on January 31. Young has notched 5 top-10 finishes in USA Championships races in his post-collegiate career, with his highest finish coming the 2005 USA 10-mile Championships, where he placed 4th. His personal best in the 10-mile is 47 minutes, 49 seconds.

Glaab will be making his debut in the 15 km, after finishing 31st in the USA Cross Country Championships in February.

In the women&#8217;s race, Meghan Armstrong will be the lone Team Strands.com representative. Armstrong started her 2010 season with a 1-minute personal best (1:13:56) and 11th place finish at the USA Half Marathon Championships. She also won the ING Miami Half Marathon, and placed a strong 13th in the USA Cross Country Championships last month.

As part of the races unique &#8220;equalizer&#8221; format the start is staggered, with the top 25 elite women beginning at 8:25 a.m. EST, and the elite men following at 8:30.  The equalizer challenge pits the top women against the top men in a gender battle for the overall win.  The women are given a five-minute advantage based on the time differential between the current men and women&#8217;s American records for 15 km.  Deena Kastor is the current American record holder for the women (47:15), while the men&#8217;s record is held by Todd Williams (42:22).  Both records were set on the Gate River course.
