another great week in the books. put in around 70 miles and had my first light workout. the workout was a hendricks park and i didnt 40mins of surging the the hills.....my workout group consisted of billy nelson, russel brown, shadrack kiptoo, kevin chelim and myself....i definately think there...
Another good week in the record book. put in roughly 60mile this week w/ a nice 75 min. long run on a sweet logging road i've never been on....GREAT RUN!! we really put in a good week of drills and core strength as well. Monday Tues Thurs & Fri alternating skills and drills and circuit training...
